Caroll Mullins Orbituary (1935-2022)
Carroll E. Mullins, 87, a resident of Blue Springs, MO entered into heavenly rest on November 9, 2022 with family by his side.
He was born May 22, 1935 in Shidler, Oklahoma to Robert Emmanuel and Marjorie (Montague) Mullins. His life work was as an electrician. In Kansas City he belonged to IBEW 124. Carroll was fondly known by co-workers and friends as ‘Moon’ Mullins, along with numerous other Mullins men who lived during their generation. The source of this nickname was from a comic strip, Moon Mullins, written by Franklin H. Willard
